All the Katas listed below are from You Tube by Neil Pottinger .They are on here to give you guidance and assist you with your progression with the Club . Some of the techniques demonstrated might vary from Katas within the Club so bare that in mind when learning them.

Don't learn another KATA  until you are 100% sure you have reached a good standard of the previous one.

Set One -All Grades 

White Belt to Yellow Belt & Yellow Belt to Orange Belt when Grading 

Front Kick -Low Block -Back to Guard -Step Front Kick -Side Kick (same leg) -Reverse 


Set Two -Orange Belt to Black Belt 

Orange Belt to Red Belt -Red Belt to Green Belt when Grading 

Step Through Head Block - Low Block -Mid Block -Step Side Kick -Land 

Step Back Low Block-Back Fist -Back to Guard - Front Kick -Reverse 


Set Three -Green Belt to Black Belt 

Green Belt to Blue Belt -Blue Belt to Purple Belt when Grading 

Inner Crescent -Inner Crescent -Step Front Kick -Step Back Low Block -

Spin Back Fist Side Kick -Back Fist Reverse 


Set Four -Purple Belt to Black Belt 

Purple Belt to 3rd Kyu Brown Belt -3rd Kyu Brown Belt to 2nd Kyu Brown Belt when  Grading 

Step Shoto ,Back to Guard -Step Front Kick ,Back Kick -Turn Front Kick ,Back Kick 

Step Through -Elbow Strike -Back Fist -Low Roundhouse Kick -Reverse 


Set Five -Brown Belt to Black Belt 

2nd Kyu Brown Belt to 1st Kyu Brown/Black Stripe Belt -1st Kyu Brown /Black Stripe to 1st Dan Black Belt when Grading

Step Back Head Block ,Low Block -Jump Spin-Step Hook Kick -Land -Step Back Double Palm hand Block 

Double Reverse (x2) Step Through Palm Hand Strike to Face -Side Kick (rear leg) Reverse 


Set Six -From 3rd Dan Black Belt Grading Only

Step Elbow Strike -Back Fist -Back to Guard -Step Axe Kick -Turn Step Axe Kick -Lead Hand Punch to the Face 

Back to Guard -Low Block(left) -into 50/50 Stance  3 Reverse Punches 3 Head Blocks,3 Punches to the side -Low Block(face the front into 50/50 stance  -3 Reverse Punches 3 Head Blocks,3 Punches to the side Shoto -Step through Shoto to the front ,Sweep -Lead hand punch to Face ,Back to Guard -Step Inner Crescent ,Jump Spin Double Hook Kick land Back Fist Reverse
